and to think, just a few years ago before unleashing my million dollar lifestyle I was living in a 400 square foot basement apartment — yuck!

Those above examples are REAL — in fact they were just a FEW we saw and heard today while on our million dollar house hunting adventure.
If you choose to believe or tune into statements like those above then that’s exactly what you’ll experience in your life.
Remember that YOUR perception creates YOUR reality…
It’s ALWAYS your CHOICE!
So why on earth would ANYONE choose to focus on these things?
Generally, it’s because it’s what they’ve been programmed and conditioned to do — it’s sad really… all they are doing is perpetuating more lack and limitation into their lives because they CHOOSE to let this crap in.
We HIGHLY recommend that you pay NO ATTENTION to all the crap on the TV or the radio about the “state of the economy”
Instead, INVEST your time and energy into creating the perfect picture of YOUR ideal life and then pay FULL attention to how it FEELS to live YOUR Million Dollar Lifestyle…
then simply GUARD what you allow to enter into YOUR mind so that no one or no thing can stop you from experiencing it.
Remember, what you FOCUS and allow yourself to FEEL consistently is exactly what you’ll ATTRACT and experience in your life.

I totally agree that we should not watch the negative news and be sucked in to the doom and gloom that is so prevalent now.
However, I don’t think that hiding our heads in the sand is very responsible. While I believe that what you focus on expands I also feel we have a duty as citizens of any country to participate in the political process especially when our posterity’s wealth is at stake. If we are entrepreneurs then we must protect the rights of small business for our posterity. Standing by doing nothing for those around you as you build your fortunes is selfish and not true Capitalism. For in true Capitalism a part of it is to make sure it is there for your children and grandchildren.
You must stand for something or you will fall for anything.

Congratulation, it must be a great feeling to be in such illuminated state.

Houses are very interesting, question is are they functional. As an architect I appreciate functional plans, arch. details and old craft. Feng shui is one of few elements to check. Terry is probably having fun with it.
The house on 1328 Avon CR , Oakville is new and copy of old craftsmen style. Some bedrooms are little bit to small. It would be interesting to see plans of the house, but looks promising.
1373 Duncan RD , Oakville looks bigger. Unfinished , however it could be great opportunity to change some elements to own taste(???)
I looked on Internet at some other houses in this area and found one which cought my attention. I wonder if you had a chance to see it as well. It is on 435 MAPLE AVENUE, OAKVILLE http://www.ruthannewinter.com/ActiveListings.php/Details/55/details
Charming old Victorian style, some interior colours are a little bit to much , but the gallon or two of paint can do the trick. Interior full of arch. details. Lot backing onto ravine with meandering stream gives so much more space.

Hey Andrew & Terry, 1373 Duncan is nice but I prefer a bigger lot size house so I have to go with 215 Trelawn.
